| Staples enhances online shopping with CashStar gift card optionThe digital gifting and incentives company CashStar announced that the office products firm Staples Inc is implementing the CashStar digital gifting platform to power its new eGift card offering and enhance the customer service experience.
“Staples strives to make buying office products easy, and our digital gift card program is no exception,” said Allison Ledoux, Senior Manager, Staples Gift Cards. “With CashStar’s platform, we can provide a convenient and highly personalized gift card option for our customers.”
In a move to enhance its online shopping experience Staples selected to work with CashStar and now customers have a convenient way to purchase gift cards. Online shoppers can order and send eGift cards from Staples, and can even personalize the cards with a message or photo. Customers select the card denomination and set the day and time the gift should be delivered via email – either instantly or at a later date. These cards can be redeemed at any Staples store location and have no fees or expiration dates. |
